Dried Fruits and Vegetables
Our dried fruit and vegetable ingredients are available freeze dried, drum dried, air dried, or infused.
Freeze dried products are useful in candy fillings, dessert and bakery mixes, breakfast cereals and in any application where fresh fruit flavor and piece identity is desired. Processing options include: whole pieces, slices, dices and powders.
Drum dried products like flakes and powders are well suited for fillings, sauces, instant foods, beverages, and to add fruit flavor and sweetness with added particulate
Air dried IQF products are best used in cooked products, snack mixes and bakery mixes. They are available in diced pieces and powders.
Infused products are suitable for hot and cold cereals, bakery mixes, ice cream add-ins, pastry fillings and snack mixes. Whole fruit pieces, as well as some sliced or diced options are available.
